Point spectral measurements are being collected across a structured grid at Aries, recording how exposed rocks reflect light at different wavelengths. Portable X-ray fluorescence (pXRF) is also being used to provide rapid, indicative data on the elemental composition of the rocks.

Combining spectral, geochemical and location data helps identify patterns across the target area and strengthens the geological interpretation of Aries. It also supports analysis of the wider hyperspectral dataset collected across Motzfeldt.

Building this integrated dataset helps the team prioritise areas for further investigation and enables future exploration work to be planned on strong technical evidence. This progressively increases confidence in the project and supports its structured advancement.
