A new name for the next chapter

Alba Mineral Resources plc is becoming Arkadian Strategic Metals plc.

The new name and brand identity reflect how the Company has evolved: from its long-standing Welsh gold heritage to a broader portfolio of strategic mineral interests across northern Europe.

Our Welsh gold assets remain an important part of the story. Alongside them, our work now includes critical minerals exposure through projects such as Motzfeldt in Greenland, where rare earth elements, niobium, tantalum and zirconium are central to the exploration focus.

The name Arkadian draws inspiration from Arcadia, a historic mountainous region associated with enduring landscapes and natural strength, a fitting reference for a company focused on responsible exploration across some of Europe’s most geologically distinctive settings.

The refreshed identity is designed to feel clearer, stronger and more contemporary, while staying grounded in the same principles: responsible exploration, technical discipline and long-term stewardship.
