The warrants have an exercise price of 0.13p per share and an expiry date of 4 September 2022. The total proceeds received by the Company amounts to £22,000. Admission to AIM Application will be made for the new ordinary shares which are to be issued in respect of this exercise of share warrants to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on or around 8 September 2022.
